Sarah Rollins, MA, Clinical Kinesiology Practitioner
Sarah Rollins is a Clinical Kinesiology Practitioner who comes to this work not only as a skilled practitioner, but also as the parent of a child with learning difficulties. Educated at Stanford University, she received a BA and MA in Sociology in 1991. Sarah knows all too well the challenges of trying to raise a child who, while very bright, is socially delayed, highly distractible, unable to reason, and emotionally labile. She has three children, the oldest of whom was classified as twice-exceptional at the age of 5; he was diagnosed with ADHD and Auditory Processing Disorder, and was also found to be highly gifted.
Convinced that birth trauma plays a crucial role in setting the stage for learning difficulties, Sarah made it her mission to uncover alternative strategies for managing these challenges. She began studying and practicing kinesiology with Jeff Levine and David Pasikov, MA in 2004, when she discovered the power of Energy Kinesiology through Body Alignment Technique. Initially working with mothers and children who had endured traumatic births, Sarah found herself drawn more and more to seeking solutions to learning difficulties.
In 2005, Sarah began studying Crossinology Brain Integration Technique, a learning enhancement program originally developed by Dr. Charles Krebs of Melbourne Applied Physiology. She also began working as a BIT Practitioner in 2005, and as a co-teacher of the technique for two years in Boulder, CO. During this time, Sarah also developed and directed an introductory class for Energy Kinesiology, Introduction to Energy Kinesiology.
In June 2007, Sarah opened Innovative Kinesiology, a clinic dedicated to providing a wide range of kinesiology and acupressure-based classes and therapies for building new pathways for Body and Brain Integration. In 2007, Sarah also began studying directly under Richard Utt, LAc., founder of the International Institute for Applied Physiology, whose work provides much of the core of Crossinology Brain Integration Technique. She is also one of a handful of people in the United States to study Mr. Utt's SaltsBath™ technique, a powerful series of mediations initiated by color and sound.
Also in 2007, Sarah began studying Clinical Kinesiology with Dr. Christopher Beardall, DC, LAc. Clinical Kinesiology was developed by Dr. Beardall's deceased father, Dr. Alan Beardall, DC, and provides the backbone of virtually every form of Kinesiology. This powerful modality involves NeuroMuscular ReActivation, as well as deep corrections to the brain, spine, and muscle and endocrine systems.
Due to a growing family and health complications, Sarah closed Innovative Kinesiology in late 2008. This provided an opportunity for her to expand her practice yet again, this time to include deep spiritual healing as a Shamanic Arts practitioner.
"Sarah's Stanford University training, her success in helping children recovering from birth trauma, her experience as a parent of a twice-exceptional child, her natural abilities in Kinesiology, and her remarkable empathy for children make her an outstanding practitioner."
- SS, Longmont, CO, parent of 8 year-old client

Matthew Luth, Clinical Kinesiology Practitioner
Three Aspens Kinesiology LLC
Matthew Luth is a Clinical Kinesiology Practitioner. Neuromuscular Reactivation re-establishes interrupted nerve signals traveling between the brain and the nerves and muscles that move our body. This improves athletic performance, muscle coordination, tone, flexibility and to help alleviate chronic pain.
Neuromuscular Reactivation is also a key component in addressing learning difficulties. In order to fully address learning difficulties, it is necessary to look beyond just the brain, and into the brain-body connections that so greatly affect our ability to receive, process, and store information.
In 2006, Matthew received both Neurological and Neuromuscular Reactivation through Kinesiology and Crossinology Brain Integration Technique. He noticed dramatic improvements in his reading skills and comprehension, and experienced first-hand the benefits of being pain free and more limber after treatments. For the first time in his life he began reading for pleasure, and his black-belt level martial arts began to reach new heights.
Inspired by his own experience, Matthew began studying Kinesiology in 2007, under Sarah Rollins. He presently studies Clinical Kinesiology and SaltsBath™ Technique with internationally-recognized Kinesiologists Dr. Christopher Beardall and Richard Utt, LAc, respectively.
Matthew invites you to explore how Neuromuscular Reactivation can help to improve your quality and enjoyment of life and learning. You can reach Matthew by emailing him at matthew@3aspens.com. Please also feel free to check out his website, www.3aspens.com.
“Thanks to Matthew, my analytical skills are sharper, I process information more efficiently and I am physically stronger because of the Neuromuscular Reactivation therapy.” - KM, Longmont, CO
“After years of constant pain from plantar fasciitis, after one session with Matthew I have gone several weeks with no pain — and I'm playing basketball and snowboarding!.” - RP, Denver, CO
David Smith, Kinesiology Practitioner
Blue Vibrations LLC
I am excited to be a Neurological Reactivation Specialist. Being both a father of four children and a teacher in both private and public schools, my personal experience with Neurological Reactivation compelled me to study and ultimately administer this non-invasive, drug-free technique.
It was my students who originally introduced me to this cutting edge form of Kinesiology. Their observable increase in emotional stability and demonstrated acceleration in academic performance impressed me greatly. With much personal investigation, I began to understand how this treatment opened up the blocked neural pathways of the brain that are the root cause of many learning disorders.
After appreciating the improvements in my classrooms, our family of six was inspired to experience this treatment first-hand with Sarah Rollins. Our children have clearly overcome dyslexia, severe (violent) mood-swings, and profound coordination problems. My wife Kristi and I have shared an increased clarity of thinking, a sense of inner-peace, and a more loving approach to discovering our true selves.
I have completed my studies of Brain Integration Technique (BIT) with Susan McCrossin, and am now deepening this basis of knowledge with electromagnetic switching, nutritional hyper-sensitivities, and Clinical Kinesiology. After working 15 years in the classroom with vague results, my experience in Neurological Reactivation has allowed me to feel immediate and profound changes in my clients.
“ ...my skeptic husband saw how less argumentative Jake had become and he insisted our son immediately stop his two-year prescription of Focalin” - E., mom of 10yr old ADHD son, Milwaukee, Wisconsin - three days after his initial sessions
“I am thinking with more clarity and have ceased to procrastinate on important projects. I love being in charge of my life without the ridiculous drama!” - L.H., 50something, Longmont, Colorado
